Hanshi Leon D Wright just recently received this medal for Volunteering his time to train and teach US Military Service members Embedded Nations to include Department of State, DEA, US Special Forces, Polish Special Forces, Romanian Special Forces- US Army Civil Service and Embassy Personnel at Abu Dhabi the Art of Self Defense and Martial Arts Since November of 2003.
